We can onboard from any software, at any time of the year, no need to wait until 6th April. You have a dedicated onboarding team at your disposal who works closely with your very own Payroll Manager to plan the migration process, identify any challenges you think you may face and work side by side with you to bring your clients aboard… we do all the heavy lifting.
This can work in two ways. You can either introduce us as your payroll partner yourselves using our trusty communication templates and we can hold your clients hand together and show a real unity. Alternatively, your dedicated payroll manager can send a friendly email to each client themselves providing all key details and inviting them to a “launch call”. Our comms contain both written guides and video tutorials of our software so whatever way your clients lean, we’ve got it covered.
We work with clients with single director payrolls, up to clients with hundreds of employees, so are well versed in volume. The same goes for number of payrolls, you could be a smaller practise with 5 payrolls or a larger practice with 200 hundred payrolls - we’ve got you!
Remember we said they’re your clients? You keep agent access for a smooth transition meaning the clients are always associated with your practise. You simply add us as a secondary user and assign us PAYE. We can guide you through every step of the way.
Our engagement is directly with you and your clients belong to YOU... That will never change. We’ll invoice you direct on or around the 5th of the following month via Go Cardless, and you’re free to mark-up what you wish to turn your payroll into a profit making business function.
NEVER … Our business is 100% UK based. While some providers offshore (its all a bit hush hush, you know) we commit to giving you a UK based payroll manager so your clients have their payroll run by the same person and we build familiarity and know your clients on a personal level.
Firstly, we don’t have a “support team”, and secondly we don’t use chat bots. You and your clients have a dedicated UK based payroll manager who’s aim is to guide you in the right direction. They will work to know your payroll inside and out and advise how to make it 100% pain free… that’s what we excel at!
The great news is that our payroll software integrated with Xero, so the second your client payroll is completed we fire the journals straight in via a secure API transfer and you have the data at your fingertips!
While you’re losing a job and gaining productivity, we understand that oversight is key. We give you access to every clients payslips, HMRC payments & a whole host of reports so you have everything you need at your fingertips.
