So who are YPM?
YPM was founded in 2018 by Austin after noticing the Payroll industry was prioritising internal efficiencies over good old “proper” customer service and clients needs.
In bureaus, there was a distinct drive towards “stack ‘em high and sell ’em cheap” which resulted in unhappy clients, but worst of all unhappy employees.
YPM aims to combat that in three key ways:

Hiring the right people filled with curiosity and a willingness to help. Not because they’re paid to do so, but because they are driven to at their core.

Creating mini “pod” payroll teams who are tasked with really knowing their clients. Each pod has the right mix of clients so we can provide an exceptional level of customer care to make payroll pain free.

Never outsourcing the job to cheap offshore labour or using bots to run payroll.
Live customer curiously.
Ask insightful questions to uncover opportunities for adding value or solving problems.
